3. What products do you offer?
Polka Dot Bake Shop specializes in gourmet, fresh-baked cupcakes, pull-apart cakes, cookies, brownies and muffins. Also available are our Sweet Potato Crackers which are baked from real sweet potatoes and are available in five flavors. We bake fresh, sweet Challah Bread every Thursday night which can be found in our bakery each Friday morning.

4. Do you offer any products catered toward consumers with dietary restrictions?
Yes. Polka Dot Bake Shop has created a variety of Gluten-Free cupcakes which are available every Wednesday along with our regular menu, and for those who prefer savory over sweet, we have a Gluten-Free Cracked Black Pepper Sweet Potato Cracker which will soon be available at the bakery and online. Our bakers will gladly bake (upon request) a delightful Vegan Cupcake which contains no dairy or animal products, and we have also concocted a Sugar-Free cupcake which is not yet offered, but is definitely in the works!

5. What is your mission?
Polka Dot Bake Shop is dedicated to providing always-fresh, all natural, from-scratch products. We love being a home-town bakery, local to Charlotte, North Carolina, and we love offering our customers delicious baked goods that we put our hearts and souls into.

6. How does your bakery interact with your community?
Polka Dot Bake Shop donates all left-over baked goods to organizations like the USO, Dilworth Soup Kitchen, Cookies for Kids Cancer, and local schools and churches. We are also proud to offer donated gift cards for cupcakes to local charities for raffles, give-aways, and fundraising events.
